This version of Shivering Step is the version you will find upon entering the zone for the first time.
This version of Shivering Step will activate upon recieving your Shivering Torch from Kio the Light Keeper
This version of Shivering Step will be available once you light the Warming Flame and use the Blue Burnstone to change the lighthouse flame to blue.
To access Shivering Step you must enter through the mausoleum guarded by the Crypt Keeper.
