Smithing

To smith an item you first need a template, once you have a template you need to gather the materials and take them to a Forge (Example: There is 1 located in Port Azure behind Parmalee Gemlyn's market stall). The fuel sources available in the game have an effect on the end quality of the item produced. For example a Mold: Copper Sword made with Coal will produce a Copper Sword but crafted with an Ancient Coal will produce a Hardened Copper Sword.

Mining

To mine you need to be holding a pickaxe. Each tick you have a chance to obtain a rock or a chance at something of a higher rarity.
