Outgrown Terror can be found on the tail of the Gargoyle statue in the Shivering Step. The Gargoyle statue can be found where the Statue of Vitheo is located in Stowaway's Step
The Outgrown Terror will give the player a Shivering Step Lighthouse Key if the player says the name 'Sned' to it.
