The Bridgekeeper can be found in the Shivering Step near the gargoyle statue, or where the Statue of Vitheo is found in Stowaway's Step
Upon speaking to The Bridgekeeper the quest The Bridgekeeper will be completed.
Once you speak to the Curator, Harbinger, Gatekeeper, and Bridgekeeper, Kio the Light Keeper will shout in the chat 'Ah, it's starting soon! Come and get your torches!'
