The Curator can be found in the Shivering Step near the Island Tomb entrance
Upon speaking to The Curator the quest The Curator will be completed.
Once you speak to the Curator, Harbinger, Gatekeeper, and Bridgekeeper, Kio the Light Keeper will shout in the chat 'Ah, it's starting soon! Come and get your torches!'
