There are 4 Watchlight's in Stowaway's Step. They are used in a binding spell to keep Aragath Swellsteer imprisoned. The player can choose to help The Necromancers of the Island Tomb to finish off Aragath or choose to help Aragath by using the necromancers soul stones on the watchlight's to sever their grasp.

Stalzo's Watchlight

located beside Plaxitheris but a little further back:

Leah's Watchlight

located a little behind Rattlewrists on the left surrounded by rocks:

Located beside the entrance of the Island Tomb:
