Cerbantias Flameward

Cerbantias is an NPC located by the Port Azure Lighthouse. This NPC will refuse to talk to you if you are any class other than Arcanist. He is the quest giver for Accessing the Ethereal Planes.

Greeting message only for Arcanists:

For brax, brother. You've found us! The brotherhood of [Braxtons] has given us quarter, and it is from here we will [launch] our [expeditions]!
