Alice Hewer is the quest giver for Alice Hewer's Necklace. She's on the Docks on Stowaway's Step. To complete this quest kill A Brackish Croc Whelp and return the Plain Necklace to her.

A croc jumped right out of the water and I got so scared I dropped my [necklace]... and he ATE IT! He went off towards the [lighthouse]... if you get it back I'll be so grateful!
