This quest is not directly given to you, first you must obtain the Small Engraved Compass from the Mysterious Portal
Once you have obtained the Small Engraved Compass hand it to Asaga Underloft in Port Azure
The Quest will complete once the item is given to Asaga Underloft and he will give you The Fernallan Ritual
