To start the quest say [Sivakaya] to the Arcane Headmaster whilst wearing a Pupil's Pin
You are handed Loss Stone when starting this quest.
- Hand the stone to Larviso Poltir in Loomingwood to complete step 1
- Craft and hand Liani Bosh the Angler's Ring to complete The Angler's Ring
- Talk to Bassle Wavebreaker in Blacksalt Strand and then board the boat to return to Stowaway's Step
- Hand Loss Stone to Lucian Revald to obtain the quest Completing The Ritual
