Stowaway Registration

To start the quest talk to the Customs Guard on the Docks in front of you when you have just created your character, he will hand you the Dock Pass.

1. Talk to the Customs Guard on the Docks in front of you upon first entering Stowaway's Step for the first time. He will hand you a Dock Pass.

Journal Entry
Stowaway Registration	Register yourself on the island by bringing your Dock Papers to Controller Wendyl in the registration office. The registration office is the large building near the docks.

2. Take the Dock Pass to Controller Wendyl inside the registration office and give it to him. He will give you 5 experience and tell you to let the guard at the gate know that you're registered.

Journal Entry
Head to the Gate	Go to the Gate and tell the Guard there that you've registered to gain a key to the pass through to the rest of Stowaway's Step. (To tell the guard you've registered, target him and press ENTER to type. Type "I'm registered.")

3. Talk to Corporal Slate next to the gate up to Stowaway's Step and tell him you're [registered] to receive another 5 experience and complete the quest.

Notes

• If the Dock Pass is destroyed, another can be obtained by talking to the Customs Guard again.
• Experience is gained upon giving the Dock Pass to Controller Wendyl; Head to the Gate does not reward any additional experience.
