This repeatable quest is completed when handing Cecil Threbb four map pieces:
- Torn Treasure Map (Top Left)
- Torn Treasure Map (Top Right)
- Torn Treasure Map (Bottom Left)
- Torn Treasure Map (Bottom Right)
